STM Building request form

ATTENTION - Prior to filling out this request, if you have not already done so, please visit and check the STM Calendar to make sure there is not already an event on the date you are considering.

You must use Chrome to view the calendar. If you do not have access to Chrome, you may email the church at StrongTowerMinistry@Ameritech.Net to check available date(s).

Strong Tower Members may fill out this Building Request for CHURCH FUNCTIONS ONLY. If you require use of the building for non-church functions, please contact the church directly at (734) 483-1110 extension 114. Once the request is submitted, please allow a minimum processing time of seven (7) business days. You will be informed via email if the request is approved, denied, of if the requested dates are not available.

If audio and/or video are requested, you must also complete an A/V Support Request which must be SUBMITTED a MINIMUM of 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the event date. (A/V Support Request Form is located under the EVENTS Tab)

Please Note: Strong Tower reserve the right to change and/or cancel request date(s) should an urgent situation need arise
